For Veteran’s Day, The Home Depot wanted to invite customers into the mission of its Foundation: to improve the homes and lives of veterans. PullSpark was honored to create an inspiring activation that allowed customers to join the Foundation and its non-profit partners in recognizing the service and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans.
We designed Voicemail for a Vet as an interactive activation that invited customers to step into the Foundation’s mission in a personal way.
As a live installation, the experience invited customers to:
Read real veterans’ stories.
Pick up a phone.
Leave a personal voicemail thanking a veteran for their service.
By creating a moment of genuine human connection, the activation transformed a message into something felt, not just heard. Gratitude became tangible. Service became personal. And the mission became memorable.
