Position overview
Role Overview
PullSpark is seeking a Content Producer to work with clients, senior executives and thought leaders to develop, refine, and elevate stage presentations.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling and performance. You will shape not just what leaders say, but how they say it—ensuring every talk is aligned to a clear creative thread, resonates with the intended audience, and delivers measurable impact.
You are equal parts strategist, editor, and producer—comfortable influencing C-level leaders, translating complex ideas into compelling narratives, and guiding content from early concept through live delivery.
You will help shape the ideas and voices that define industries—ensuring our clients show up with clarity, confidence, and distinction when it matters most.
What you'll do
Key Responsibilities
Executive Content Development
Partner with senior executives to develop outlines, keynotes, presentations and other communications to support clients’ communications priorities, align with overarching creative thread and integrate across the event’s run of show.
Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives tailored to specific audiences and contexts.
Shape messaging that aligns with broader brand, business, and event objectives, and underlines the established creative thread.
Confidently lead pre-production calls to align on content, flow, delivery expectations and roles and responsibilities with internal and external stakeholders.
Creative & Strategic Leadership
Maintain the creative thread across presentations, ensuring cohesion and clarity.
Provide strategic recommendations on positioning, structure, and storytelling approach.
Push beyond “good enough” to craft standout, memorable moments on stage.
Collaborate with execution partners (including but not limited to Creative Director, Event Producer, Account Lead, etc.) to create strategic content architecture. Examples in the Events space include:
ROS strategy / recommendations, including interactive moments, audience engagement elements, application exercises and more
Session narratives and content structure based on speakers
Speaker frameworks and narrative arcs
Support strategic growth projects for both the agency and its clients.
Speaker Coaching & Refinement
Guide executives through iterative content development, offering direct and actionable feedback.
Support delivery refinement, including tone, pacing, and audience engagement strategies.
Prepare speakers for live environments, including rehearsals and real-time adjustments.
Underline PullSpark’s creative excellence and commitment to above-and-beyond client service through every interaction.
Event Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams, clients and external partners to align content with event goals.
Ensure presentations integrate seamlessly into broader event narratives and experiences.
Quality & Impact Ownership
Own the end-to-end content quality for clients, internal speakers and paid keynote speakers.
Ensure all materials meet PullSpark’s standards for clarity, creativity, and strategic alignment.
