Position overview
Role Overview
The PullSpark Event Producer owns the production experience for all events, overseeing execution while being responsible for ensuring that all programming and production elements accomplish the client’s win.
What you'll do
Role Description
Programming
To work alongside the project team on the development of the elements within the event’s run of show and responsible for its execution leading up to the event and onsite
To strategically think for clients in programming the details of the show’s flow and suggesting/recommending what elements should be included and excluded, such as transitions, hosting moments, etc.
Creating and updating run of show in PullSpark’s software and adding all production elements to set crew up for success
Production Execution
Oversee partnership with production vendor for quotes, gear requirements, set design and renders, ensuring all parties and elements are brought together to accomplish client’s ROI
Facilitate work with Event Managers and Creative Producers on event logistics and deliverables as needed with a production eye
IE. Transitions in and out of videos based on ROS
Oversee crewing the event and production specific venue logistics such as power, rigging, and internet needs, etc.
Proficient in LED walls, raster maps, export settings, etc. and leading communication to team for execution of all deliverables
Responsible for quality control over event deliverables such as speaker presentations, videos, and more, reviewing them with a production eye to ensure flawless execution onsite
Proficient in content delivered from stage to ensure ROI and goals are met through the programming and that production is supporting stage content
To effectively and efficiently progress events forward with expertise in content and production as well as the ability to speak with production vendors and contractors about technical specifications as it relates to the content
Responsible for communicating consequences and repercussions of proposed decisions with the Accounts and Creative Services teams, such as:
Equipment changes (IE. During event planning client mentions adding a panel of six speakers when original scope had maximum of three speakers on stage at once—audio equipment will no longer support this so added gear is required and subsequent costs)
Personnel changes (IE. Adding cameras so additional cost for video director and camera operators)
General
Accountable for being aware of, and involved in, project leveling and ensuring that all initiatives support the client’s brand and overall strategy
Responsible for sourcing and creating great vendor relationships through clear communication and by showing honor to all crew, contractors, and vendors
Oversees project plan for all events as it relates to what is happening inside the room and responsible for assigning owners to all event work, with or without Event Manager depending on project
Accountable for keeping production elements on time and on budget, and responsible for maintaining Monday.com timelines and updating budget numbers for all areas of responsibility
Utilize technology in order to create efficiencies within projects
To be a key representative of the PullSpark culture onsite
Responsible for leading execution of all event work, including, but not limited to,
Run of show / programming transitions
Show calling
Site visits to ensure venue can pull off programming and creative needs of the event
Event rentals related to production
Booking event crew and leading all communication with them throughout project
Managing talent contracts as needed for on stage elements (such as bands or DJs)
Creating show graphics’ lists and executing with writers and designers
Updating project management software with all production logistics
What you'll bring
Required Experience, Education, Demonstrated Skills, and Abilities
5–6 years of relevant live event production experience
Detail oriented—pays close attention to structure and organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Portfolio / case studies of live events
Essential job functions may include:
Sitting/standing at a desk for 8 hours per day during work week
Maintaining a stationary for up to 16 hours
Carrying packages up to 50lbs onsite

Compensation and benefits
The Details
Location: Remote / In Office (5553 Peachtree Rd. Suite 140 Chamblee, GA 30341)
Onsite: Up to 20–30% travel
Office Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (weekends and/or nights required depending on events)
Reports to: Director of Events
Fair Labor Standards Act status: Exempt (Salaried)
Background check required before hire
Must be authorized to work fulltime in the United States
Salary and Bonuses
$80,000–$100,000 annually based on experience and expertise

Vacation accrual begins on your first day of employment and accrues at a rate of 1.5 days per month worked (15 vacation days/12 months) in your first year of employment. Vacation allocation will reset January 1.
