Position overview
Role Overview
The purpose of the Senior Editor / Motion Designer is to elevate the creative and technical quality of PullSpark’s video content through exceptional editing, storytelling, and post-production execution.
The Senior Editor is a key creative storyteller responsible for translating creative strategy into compelling visual stories through narrative structure, pacing, music, sound, color, visual effects, and intentional editorial decision-making. This person should be equally comfortable shaping a story from raw footage and creative direction as they are refining a nearly finished piece.
This role also owns the operational backbone of PullSpark’s post-production environment. The Senior Editor oversees PullSpark’s video server and cloud-storage and ensures media is protected and structured.
Motion design is a complementary capability of the role. When projects require it, the Senior Editor / Motion Designer will create polished 2D and 3D motion graphics for creative deliverables.
Beyond hands-on execution, this person serves as a leader within PullSpark’s post-production operation, improving workflows, maintaining technical standards, supporting freelance and junior talent, and continually advancing the quality efficiency of video.
